1. Services Overview

IncuBee provides Career Development Programs (CDPs) in the following domains:

 

  1. Design: Graphic Design, UI/UX, Branding, and Marketing Collaterals
  2. Development: Website Development, Mobile App Development, CMS-based platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)
  3. Digital Marketing: SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, e-Commerce Marketing

 

Our CDPs are designed for beginners and intermediate learners, providing fundamental knowledge, hands-on practice, portfolio development, and professional mentorship to help learners explore, build, and launch their careers.

2. Enrollment and Payment

  • IncuBee provides CDPs, mentorship, and guidance “as-is”. While we strive to ensure quality learning, we do not guarantee job placement, income, or specific career outcomes.
  • IncuBee is not responsible for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or external software/service failures during training.
  • Learners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, devices, and personal data.

3. Program Participation

  • Learners are expected to actively participate in all scheduled sessions, hands-on projects, and mentorship activities.
  • Intellectual property created during CDPs (projects, designs, code) is owned by the learner, unless otherwise agreed for client or collaborative projects.
  • IncuBee reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct, plagiarism, or failure to comply with professional standards.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the IncuBee website, including text, images, videos, logos, and training materials, is owned by IncuBee and protected under copyright law.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display IncuBee content without prior written permission.
  • Learners’ personal projects and portfolios are their property, though IncuBee may feature select work for promotional purposes with consent.

5. Liability

  • IncuBee provides CDPs, mentorship, and guidance “as-is”. While we strive to ensure quality learning, we do not guarantee job placement, income, or specific career outcomes.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Learners must maintain professional behavior, respect mentors, peers, and IncuBee staff.
  • Harassment, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate termination from the program without refund.
  • Collaboration is encouraged, but all work submitted must represent authentic learner effort.

7. Privacy

By using IncuBee services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

IncuBee may update these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
