Refund Policy

At IncuBee, we are committed to providing high-quality Career Development Programs (CDPs) in Graphic Design, Development, and Digital Marketing.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued for our programs.
1. Payment and Enrollment
- Payment is required to confirm enrollment in any Cohort, Bootcamp, or Fellowship.
- Fees for programs start from PKR 19,500 per month and may vary depending on the selected program or specialization.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not generally available due to the structured nature of our programs, which include mentorship, hands-on projects, and access to resources.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Program Cancellation by IncuBee:
- If IncuBee cancels a program before it begins, a full refund of the paid fees will be issued.
- Incorrect or Duplicate Payment:
- If a payment is made in error or duplicated, IncuBee will review the request and process a refund accordingly.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Withdrawal after the program has started.
- Dissatisfaction with program content or learning outcomes.
- Failure to attend sessions, complete assignments, or participate in projects.
- Change of mind regarding program enrollment.
4. Refund Request Procedure

Include your name, program details, payment receipt, and reason for refund. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
5. Program Transfer / Postponement
- If you are unable to attend a program, you may request to transfer to a future cohort or postpone enrollment, subject to availability and approval.
- Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the program start date.
6. Changes to Refund Policy
IncuBee reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the latest version. Continued enrollment or use of our programs constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
